Who knew "dieting" could feel so normal?!? Before I started working with Guinn Fitness & Nutrition, I did not work out and ate awful! I always thought to eat healthy you had to eat all chicken, broccoli, and egg whites! Boy was I wrong! Hilary has shown me all the different ways I can eat the things I love while still losing weight! My view on "dieting" and food has forever changed and I never want to go back! Any time I have questions, Hilary has an answer....as well as helping me find the best snacks...because let's be real-SNACKS ARE LIFE!
