

Why This Is My Passion
Originally I started because at just 30 years old, I felt 60. I was a work at home career woman with 2 young kids. Dr after Dr told me I was “fine” but not one of them asked me how I ate or exercised because I wasn’t overweight. I finally cracked the code after starting CrossFit and working with a nutrition coach to figure out how to fuel my body the right way. This all worked amazing until it didn’t. I fell into the “dark side of macros” and that was a dark time where I ALMOST gave up. Suddenly, I lived the cycle of restriction, burnout, and body obsession myself. I thought a smaller body would make me happier, but it didn’t. After some serious gut issues, mental health struggles, and the starting stages of perimenopause- I decided to give up on aesthetics for a while and focus on my health. When I shifted to building strength, eating for fuel, and taking care of my nervous system, everything changed. I wanted to give women the roadmap I wish I had years ago.
My Personal Struggle Story
I used to chase every diet and quick fix — cutting carbs, doubling cardio, obsessing over the scale. I thought rest was lazy and smaller meant happier. I was superwomen, I could do it all. Not enough time? I’d stay up later and get up earlier. I continue to add more and more until my body just STOPPED. I ended up exhausted, anxious, and burned out. It wasn’t until I prioritized strength, protein, REAL quality foods, abundance over restriction, nervous system regulation, protecting my sleep with my life, and true lifestyle shifts that I finally found peace with food and my body.

One of my clients came to me exhausted from years of dieting and group classes. She thought because she wasn’t drenched in sweat, she wasn’t working hard enough. She was barely eating 1200 calories a day and her body was rebelling. Once we built her strength training program and aligned her nutrition, her energy skyrocketed, her body composition shifted, and she finally felt in control without obsessing over the scale.
