Forever Grateful
If someone had told me I could eat that much AND lose weight, I would have never believed them!
I used to think I had to starve myself and do without to lose weight. I could lose weight but I ALWAYS put it back on soon after I stopped "starving" myself and went back to eating my normal. You taught me how to manage my weight by eating the right foods when I'm hungry. I know now it's a way of life. I can still enjoy the foods I like and control my weight. I started out at 140 and lost down to 125 in 4 1/2 months. I will forever be grateful to you, Hilary!
